white zebra's career discovery coaching programme has been designed to help students and graduates navigate through their career options. The programme aims to support you on a journey from uncertainty about your future career to clarity about what career is right for you.

Research indicates that around 60% of people think they are in the wrong job and one in five people do not feel they are in a job that makes the best use of their skills. Individuals that experience high levels of job satisfaction and fulfilment are in careers that reflect their values, passions and interests and utilise their strengths and key skills.

Our coaching programme is structured to help you make the right decision about your career. During the programme we will identify your values, motivators, interests and passions. We will uncover your strengths, key skills and unique selling points that will help you to market yourself in your CV and during interviews. We will think creatively about your options and navigate our way through them with the aim of identifying an exciting career. At the end of the coaching programme we will have created an action plan to get you started in your new career. We will also spend time evaluating the content and presentation of your CV to make sure it helps you stand out from the crowd.

This coaching programme costs £300 and includes 6 one to one telephone sessions, email support between sessions, all materials and exercises and a follow up email one month after the end of your programme to check progress.
